How much do you charge for shipping, and does it depend on order value or location?
Shipping costs are €2.50. For orders over €80, you will not pay any shipping costs. These costs do not depend on the order value or where you place your order.

Our products are custom-made for you and shipped via our production partner. Therefore, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted as standard.
Did you receive a damaged product or did something go wrong with your order? Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@starranium.nl with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
In that case, we will ensure you receive a replacement product at no extra cost.
